Italian restaurant owner, Fabio Gambini, a food lover by family tradition with his American designer girlfriend, Pamela Mondino, opened this fabulous lake side restaurant 13 years ago.

"I like it with seasonal ingredients and local flavours mixed with something that will surprise me, to be enjoy on one of the terraces of Vecchio Mulino beach watching the pink sunset reflecting on the Garda lake with a tall glass of wine or a craft cocktail", Fabio says.

sia formale che informale, dando modo a chiunque di provare una cucina di alto livello nel modo che più lo agrada. Viene proposta una buona selezione di paste fresche, risotti, pesce di lago e di mare e carni, sia locali che internazionali assieme ad un menu vegano che spazia dall’antipasto al dolce. La carta vini è ampia e non banale, con moltissime etichette biodinamiche e biologiche. La caffetteria propone solo mono origini biologiche tostate a regola d’arte ed il full american bar serve cocktails d’eccezione con infusioni e sciroppi fatti in casa.
This fabulous lake side restaurant and bar opened in 2010. It’s both: formal and informal, here everyone is allow to enjoy fine dining in a casual way. At the restaurant, you can find a big selection of fresh pasta, unique recipes of Garda Lake fishes and signature sauces for fish and meat, as well as a big selection of local and international biodynamic wines good for every strict palate. There is a nice vegan menu that goes from appetizers until the dessert. At the end, it’s impossible to resist to something sweet, the pastry chef makes daily typical Italian desserts with a twist. “It’s incredible how fast and far you can travel with a drink”, that’s why you’ll also find a large list of liquors and a real American Bar with house made craft cocktails
